In Locarno, on the edge of the Piazza Grande and far from the spotlight, a team works quietly. Not out of shyness, but by choice. Flexsis Locarno is one of those rare places where job placement isn\u2019t an automatic process, but an act of responsibility. Every interview is a meeting. Every assignment, a promise of trust. A young agency with deep roots<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Officially, the Flexsis agency in Locarno has been running with its new team since March 2025. But its story goes further back: Branch Manager Erica Auguadro, and consultants Filippo Gasparini and Elena Ferrari had already worked together for several years before deciding to build something new under a fresh brand and renewed energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until recently, the agency was managed remotely. Today, with a stable, present team, Locarno finally has an agency that knows the territory inside out, communicates directly with local businesses, and responds with both speed and honesty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Our investment here is intentional and felt. We aren\u2019t an empty showcase: we are a grounded reality, truly here for people, businesses, and the local community”, told us Erica Auguadro, Branch Manager in Flexsis Locarno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fragmented market, an evolving fabric<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The Locarno region is complex, made up of small and medium-sized enterprises, seasonal work, traditional trades, and emerging needs. The construction sector remains dominant: masons, carpenters, crane operators. But demand is growing for related trades: painters, gardeners, plumbers. The industry is almost absent, with only some large hubs like Schindler and Multitime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet finding labor has become a daily challenge. “When I started 17 years ago, CVs came to us automatically. Today, we have to actively search for each profile, relying heavily on word-of-mouth and reputation. Young people no longer pursue manual trades, and many experienced craftsmen have stopped migrating to Ticino.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result? A more unstable market, more vulnerable candidates, and increasingly demanding clients. And in this context, Flexsis doesn\u2019t step back. On the contrary, it raises the bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
